Your Questions, Answered

What is an Operational Process Review?

A structured assessment of how work is carried out in practice, designed to identify operational friction, underlying causes and opportunities for improvement.

Who is an Ordel review designed for?

Ordel works with small and growing businesses seeking practical ways to improve operational performance and the employee experience.

What areas of the business can be reviewed?

A review can focus on one department and its related activities, or one end-to-end process involving multiple teams or departments.

How long does the review take?

Timescales are agreed at the outset and depend on the scope, complexity and availability of the people involved.

How much employee involvement is required?

Relevant employees will be invited to share their experience through focused conversations, helping ensure the findings reflect how work happens in practice.

Will Ordel implement the recommendations?

The review provides clear, actionable recommendations and an implementation roadmap. Any additional support can be discussed separately based on the solutions identified.
